I took all the tests as my doctors shook their heads in confusion. Meanwhile, I was missing weeks of work to flu-like symptoms that seemed to come out of nowhere.
Then I got Covid, and life as I knew it ended. For much of the years that followed, I was bedbound or housebound. I couldn’t care for my kids, and I lost my job. Some days I was only awake for mere hours. I had the ME/CFS symptoms you know all about: brain fog, muscle pain, weakness, heart palpitations, you name it.
What many people don’t realize about chronic fatigue syndrome is that we can heal our bodies if we learn to listen to them.
This is not Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Graded Exercise Therapy. Those ME/CFS treatments have been debunked.

Nothing is more important than your recovery.
Each coaching session is personalized to your needs by a coach who recovered from chronic fatigue syndrome. That means you don’t have to waste energy explaining yourself to someone who doesn’t get it. We’ll work toward a goal, explore your why, and celebrate every win on the path to recovery.
During the first 6-months of coaching, you’ll work on finding your baseline and stoping the push/crash cycle. Beyond the 6-month mark, you’ll understand baseline, develop a crash protocol, and start exploring how to progress.
