4. Tell your body, “I’ve got you.”

Since you’ve done step 2 and asked for help, you may be feeling vulnerable. And since setbacks are generally outside of your control, you may also be feeling--well, out of control.

Telling your body “I’ve got you” puts you back in the driver’s seat and reminds you what you do have control over. In this case, it means listening to your body for what it needs and following through to deliver on your promises to yourself.
